Here’s a plain-language rundown of how we look after your information and what to expect when you use The Mompreneur AI Club. This page is for general information and isn’t legal advice. If anything here is unclear, just email us at luiza@themompreneuraiclub.com — we’re happy to help.

Privacy Statement

We only collect what we need to run the Club and keep your account working. We don’t sell your information — ever. Here’s what we collect and why.

When you join the newsletter

If you sign up for our emails, we store your email address so we can send you tips, updates, and the occasional note about what’s new. You can leave any time — every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also use our unsubscribe page.

When you create an account

We use magic-link sign-in, so there are no passwords to remember. To make that work, we store your email address and your display name. We use a service called Supabase to handle accounts, sign-in, and secure file storage on our behalf.

When you buy a course

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them. We do keep a record of which courses you’ve enrolled in so we can give you access to your lessons.

When you post in the community

Anything you post in the community board — threads, replies, and likes — is visible to other signed-in members, along with your display name. Please share with that in mind, and keep personal details you’d rather keep private out of public posts.

Who we share information with

We work with a few trusted services to keep things running: Supabase (accounts, our database, and file storage), Netlify (hosting our website), Stripe (payments), and Resend (sending you newsletters and sign-in links). They only handle your information to provide these services to us. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in — the essentials that make your account work. We don’t use them to track you around the web.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and the information we hold about you. Just email luiza@themompreneuraiclub.com and we’ll take care of it.

Terms of Use

By using The Mompreneur AI Club — the website, community, and courses — you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve kept them short and human.

Your membership

The Club is for moms running a business who want to learn AI. Your account is for you — please don’t share your sign-in link or let others use your access. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Being a good neighbor

The community works because people are kind and generous with each other. Please be respectful, keep things on-topic, and don’t post anything hateful, spammy, or that isn’t yours to share. We may remove posts or pause accounts that don’t follow this.

Courses and payments

When you buy a course, you get access to its lessons and materials for your own learning. Prices are shown at checkout. If something’s gone wrong with a purchase or you’re not happy, email luiza@themompreneuraiclub.com and we’ll work it out with you.

Our content

The videos, courses, downloads, and other materials are ours (or used with permission) and are for your personal use as a member. Please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute them.

A quick disclaimer

Everything here is educational. We share what’s worked for us and others, but every business is different — we can’t promise specific results, and what you do with what you learn is up to you.

Changes to these terms
