Getting started & signing in

How do I sign in?

There are no passwords here. Pop in your email address and we’ll send you a magic link — tap it from the same device and you’re in. That’s it.

My magic-link email didn’t arrive

First, peek in your spam or promotions folder — it sometimes hides there. The link is good for a short while and works only once, so if it’s been sitting a bit or you’ve already tapped it, just head back to sign in and request a fresh one. Still nothing? Email us and we’ll sort it out.

How do I sign out?

You’ll find a sign-out option in the menu once you’re logged in. Signing out is a good idea on shared or public computers.

Your account

How do I change my display name?

Head to your account page to update the name other members see when you post in the community.

How do I stop getting newsletter emails?

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can also use our unsubscribe page any time. No hard feelings — you’re always welcome back.

Can I delete my account?

Of course. There’s a delete option at the bottom of your account page. Just a heads-up: it permanently removes your account, your community posts, and your course access, so it can’t be undone.

Courses & payments

How do I enroll in a course?

Browse the courses page, pick the one you’d like, and check out securely through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.

Where are my lessons after I buy?

Once your payment goes through, the course unlocks right away — open it from the courses page and your lessons will be there waiting for you, ready whenever you are.

Something went wrong with my purchase

If a payment didn’t go through, a course didn’t unlock, or you’re just not happy, email luiza@themompreneuraiclub.com and we’ll work it out with you.

Community

How do I post or reply?

Once you’re signed in, head to the community board, pick a space, and start a thread or jump into the conversation. Ask questions, share wins — this is your room.

Who can see what I post?

Your threads, replies, and likes are visible to other signed-in members, along with your display name. Please share with that in mind, and keep anything private out of public posts.

What are the community rules?

Be kind, stay on-topic, and keep things welcoming for everyone. You can read the full rundown in our Terms of Use.

Resources & downloads

Where do I find the downloads?

All the templates, guides, and goodies live on the resources page. They’re a members-only perk, so you’ll need to be signed in to grab them.
